Office Management
Company is seeking an office management candidate on the North Shore with knowledge of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, payroll, banking (deposits, petty cash), bank reconciliations, answering phones, maintain emails, some travel arrangements (very limited), sort and open daily mail, maintain office equipment, preparing quotes for projects, maintaining info for health benefits, new hires, garnishments for payroll. Office management experience 1+ year is strongly recommended. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Full time, temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate. Pay-rate is dependent on experience.
