High-Level Administrative Support

A high-tech professional office is seeking administrative support for director level or above.  Good candidates will have 5 years experience in administrative jobs, polished and professional with excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Should exhibit an accessible, flexible, and proactive work ethic coupled with strong judgment skills and sense of confidentiality.


Expertise with Microsoft Office, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) required – especially PowerPoint.  Ability to think on your feet with a “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must exhibit superior problem-solving and creative decision-making skills, able to work independently and proactively.  Prioritize and manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously and follow through on administrative issues in a timely manner.


General responsibilities include:

  • Processing expense reports
  • Handle all travel arrangements, domestic and international
  • Assist with travel visas
  • Assist with executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain calendars and scheduling in MS Outlook
