Company History

 

R & L Early Years R & L Personnel, a permanent placement agency, was founded by husband-and-wife team Renee and Len Dichner in 1974. The company was established as a Woman-owned, SOMBWA-certified business. The first office opened in Lynn, Massachusetts and a word processing school, WordPros, was added along with a temporary division in 1979. A new office was opened at the Cummings Center in Beverly, MA in 1996 and now serves as the company headquarters.

 

R & L Today R & L Associates is a multi-million-dollar woman-owned revenue producer with several divisions, including a national contract engineering division,  Aries Group. R & L continues to provide clients and candidates with the kind of personal, exceptional service that comes from 35 years of experience in the industry.
