Temporary Temp-Hire Benefits
R & L Associates offers the following benefits to temporary and temp-to-perm employees:
- Medical Benefits: R & L employees who work at least 35 hours per week are eligible to participate in a PPO medical plan through Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. This medical plan permits employees to choose from a network of doctors. There is no need to choose a primary care physician and referrals are not necessary. You can elect coverage for employee, employee plus one, or family coverage. R & L Associates covers a percentage of the individual rate. There is a 30-day wait period to enroll in this plan. - 401K: R & L employees who are 21 years of age or older and have completed 45 days of employment are eligible to contribute a percentage of their eligible compensation by making pre-tax salary deferals through payroll deductions up to the current IRS minimum. R&L contributes a Safe Harbor, non-elective 4% match (limited to $230,000.00 of earnings). Our plan offers online account access and a toll-free number for service 24 hours per day. - Section 125 Plan: R&L employees working a minimum of 64 hours per month qualify for the Section 125 Plan. On this plan, employees pay for health care coverage on a pre-tax basis and may deduct their health insurance contribution from their gross pay to reduce their taxable income. - Direct Deposit: Set up your weekly paycheck to be conveniently deposited into your bank account. You can deposit in up to three different accounts. Don't worry about having to pick up your paycheck or have it mailed; have it automatically deposited into your account each week. - Referral Bonus: Refer another candidate to R & L and become eligible for cash incentives. Speak with our Staffing Specialists for further details.
